James Kavanagh - General Manager

James brings to his role more than 16 years experience in the corporate travel industry, having held various roles including; travel manager, account manager, operations manager and travel and tourism lecturer across Asia Pacific and Europe. James joined FCm’s parent company Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) in 2004 and has worked in a variety of roles within FCTG’s corporate travel division. James has spent the past 10 years in management positions and has broad experience in managing travel programs for national and multinational companies.

Melissa Elf - National Sales Manager

As FCm's National Sales Leader, Melissa brings vision, client knowledge and strength to her team having worked across FCm's sales and account management divisions for many years. Melissa started her career as a travel consultant at Qantas Business Travel and quickly progressed to sales and account management for Qantas Business Travel and Qantas Airways where she spent 10 years managing customers with $30million-plus portfolios. Melissa joined parent company Flight Centre Travel Group eight years ago as Team Leader of Account Management in Queensland where she lead a team of four account managers and managed one of the State's largest and most successful corporate accounts.

Renos Rologas - National Account Management Leader

Renos has worked in various roles in the travel industry for more than 25 years. Renos commenced his career as a domestic travel consultant at Harvey World Travel and quickly progressed into travel management and account management leadership. Renos has held a number of operational and management roles within the Flight Centre Travel Group including General Manager for FCTG's corporate division in NSW. Having worked across national and multinational client accounts, Renos has a proven record in delivering strategy and foresight for high-volume travel programs.

Regional General Managers - Australia

Andrew Reed - NSW / ACT

Andrew has worked for FCm for four years and for the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) for 18 years in both operational and management roles. Andrew has a detailed and extensive understanding of the government, corporate and retail travel markets. As well as overseeing the performance and future direction of his areas, Andrew fulfils the role of operations manager for some of FCm's largest state-based accounts. Throughout his career Andrew has proven to be a results-oriented leader, delivering growth and transformational change in both corporate and retail businesses.

Andy Stark - VIC / TAS / SA

With a long professional history in the travel industry including more than 10 years in account management in the corporate sector, Andy has a proven track record in key operational areas of the business. Andy began his career at Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) sister brand Corporate Traveller in 2002 after two years as a leisure travel consultant with FCTG. He became an Account Manager in 2004 and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the corporate division's dashboard reporting tool. Andy was appointed Director of Account Management for VIC, TAS, SA and WA in 2013 and in 2014 he moved into the Regional General Manager's role.

Shae Havill - QLD

Shae has over 11 years travel industry experience, nine of which have been spent managing large national and multi-national corporate customers. Shae has successfully lead two businesses within the Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate division and also managed the VIP program for a global logistics company for over four years. Having spent all of her professional career dealing directly with customers, Shae brings a grass roots understanding of the challenges faced by customers across industries as well as booking and account management teams. Strategic and focused, Shae leads by example and is always customer focused.

Adrian Cooper - WA

Adrian has more than 13 years experience in the travel industry and has spent almost 10 years in senior travel management roles. He has a deep understanding of the corporate travel market including operations, client relationship management, product and travel technology. Adrian started with Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate division as a Travel Manager. He was quickly promoted to Future Team Leader within three months and Team Leader after a further three months. A part of the FCm business since 2005, Adrian has been recognised by FCTG on numerous occasions for performance excellence and strong leadership skills.

Global Management Team

Gregory Lording - Global Leader

FCm Global Leader Gregory Lording brings a wealth of business, operational and industry knowledge to the role, after more than 30 years in the travel industry. As FCm's Global Leader, Gregory works closely with the company's global business leaders and regional managers in Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Gregory is responsible for the growth of FCm globally, the forward direction of the global network and the continued development of FCm's global sales network, account management, technology and brand strategies.

Alex Armstrong - Global Director of Sales

As Global Sales Leader, Alex Armstrong is focused on strategy development for FCm's global sales team. He oversees the global coordination and management of FCm's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Joe McCormack - General Manager Global Product Corporate

With an industry career that spans almost 30 years, Joe offers extensive industry knowledge and is at the forefront of new directions in the global hotel and car hire sectors. Joe manages the delivery and ongoing development of FCm's Global and Client Hotel Programs, across more than 75 countries. He leads FCm's specialist land product team in sourcing and contracting hotel and rental car partners worldwide, negotiating rates, and educating the corporate market on procurement strategies.

Felicity Burke - Global Director Multinational Account Management

Felicity Burke has over 17 years experience in the travel industry. She brings to her role extensive experience in managing industry challenges from a client's perspective as a buyer and also as a supplier. As Global Director of Multinational Account Management, Felicity's work involves regular liaison with key account management stakeholders and active contributions to FCm's global management team. Felicity mentors a global team of Multinational Account Managers (MAMs) and ensures MAM principles and strategies are deployed consistently across all markets.

Alison Causebrook - Corporate Peopleworks Leader

Corporate Peopleworks Leader Alison Causebrook oversees staff recruitment for the FCm business and manages staff learning and development. Alison and her dedicated corporate team work closely with Corporate Peopleworks team members around the world to aid global learning and ensure there is global alignment of development strategies. Alison has more than two decades of travel industry experience including 16 years in corporate travel. She has won accolades including the Outstanding Achievement Award for Corporate Australia and Consultant of the Year.

Karen Cooke - Global Marketing Leader

As Global Corporate Marketing Leader, Karen's focus is on FCm's global marketing output. Karen is responsible for managing FCm's worldwide marketing strategy, global level marketing, communication and public relations activity. She also drives the ongoing development of FCm's global website, marketing collateral and ensures FCm has strong involvement in peak industry forums and events. Karen comes from a strong marketing background, having held key marketing management roles within parent company Flight Centre Limited and externally within the corporate market.

Regional Network Leaders

Franziskus Bumm - General Manager FCm Partner Network Europe

Franziskus Bumm holds the role of General Manager for FCm's partner network in Europe. Formerly the Regional Manager for FCm partners in Central Europe, Franziskus brings more than two decades of experience to FCm and has extensive knowledge of Europe's corporate travel industry. As part of his role, Franziskus oversees FCm's partner program in Europe. He is focused on network growth, service consistency and ensures partners work within FCm's global operating standards, brand guidelines and preferred supplier programs.

Ciarán Kelly - General Manager FCm Partner Network Middle East & Africa

Ciarán Kelly brings experience, passion and dedication to his position as General Manager Middle East and Africa. Ciarán moved into the role following time spent as FCm's General Manager UK and has more than a decade of experience in various roles within FCm's corporate travel business. Ciarán is responsible for FCm's growth and expansion into key markets across the region and is focused on delivering a highly-professional yet tailored approach to business travel management for the Middle East and Africa.

Maren Hanschke - Director FCm's Partner Network Latin America and Carribbean

Director Latin America and Caribbean Maren Hanschke brings years of experience as a corporate travel specialist to her role. Maren's focus is on raising the profile of the FCm brand in the region through new business growth and greater market penetration. She is responsible for managing relations with FCm's current Latin American and Caribbean partners and growing FCm's partnership program in the region. Maren also ensures the business maintains a consistent approach to sales, operations, branding, supplier negotiations, product implementation and event planning.

Graham Turner - Founder and CEO

Founder of FCm and parent company Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, Graham Turner oversees key aspects of FCm's global operations and market positioning. Graham has nearly 40 years of experience in the global travel industry and is heralded as a business visionary having launched a number of successful travel brands including Top Deck Travel in the UK and Flight Centre Travel Group Limited in Australia. Flight Centre Travel Group Limited is now one of the fastest growing travel companies worldwide and ranks among Australia's Top 100 Companies and most recognised brands.

Rob Flint - Executive General Manager Asia Pacific

With more than 25 years experience in the travel industry, Executive General Manager Asia Pacific Rob Flint, offers extensive working knowledge of the travel industry and Flight Centre Travel Group Limited operations. Rob's focus is on the growth and development of the company's corporate and leisure businesses in these regions. He is responsible for developing industry alliances across these regions, identifying new business opportunities and building FCm's service capabilities to meet the needs of the corporate travel market.

Suyin Lee - General Manager Asia

General Manager Asia for Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, Suyin Lee has more than 15 years experience in senior management positions and extensive working knowledge of the Asian business travel market. Suyin works closely with the Executive General Manager Asia and Middle East, and FCm Asia's senior leadership team for regional sales, account management and operations. Her focus is on further strengthening FCm's regional service platforms, partner alliances and growing the company's existing business. Suyin also oversees the development of FCm's corporate leisure and events business in Singapore.

Andrew Boxall - Executive General Manager Middle East and India

Employed with FCm's parent company, Flight Centre Travel Group Limited since 1998, Andrew brings to his senior management role extensive experience in the leisure and corporate travel industries. Andrew has worked across many divisions of the business including front line roles and in sales and is now responsible for driving the strategic growth of FCm in the United Arab Emirates and India, where he oversees a business of more than 1100 staff.

Steven Norris - General Manager Corporate UK

Steven Norris joined Flight Centre Travel Group Limited in 2002 and has held key leadership roles across the business in retail, business analysis, product development and marketing. From 2009 to 2011, Steve held the position of Flight Centre brand leader. He brings to the role extensive experience in the UK travel industry as well as a proven track record in leadership and senior management experience.

Andrew Flannery - Executive General Manager Corporate Australia

Andrew became Flight Centre Travel Group Limited's Executive General Manager Corporate, after previously serving as the company’s CFO since 2008. Andrew joined FLT in July 2003 as financial controller for the Queensland, Northern New South Wales and Northern Territory retail business. Six months later, he was appointed CFO of FLT’s Australian retail business, the company’s largest individual operation. He then headed FLT’s Global Operations area, which incorporated all key financial functions, including tax, treasury, banking, global reporting, IT systems, management and financial accounting, while serving as deputy CFO.
