USA Network Overview

FCm Travel Solutions is among the top 10 travel management companies (TMCs) operating in the USA. Offering a regional and global network, we effectively service both locally based companies and multinational clients operating in the USA through our SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) and TMS (Travel Management Services) divisions.

FCm’s history in the USA began with the establishment of company-owned SME operations in two of America’s major cities, Los Angeles and Chicago. Since then, our business has continued to expand organically, with our service capabilities growing in all sectors of the corporate travel market – from small business, to mid-market companies, to multinationals.

FCm’s parent company, Flight Centre Limited, strengthened its footprint in the USA through its 2006 acquisition of a leading Chicago-based travel company and its 2007 investment in an equity stake and management control of a leading Boston-based travel company. Operating under our TMS division, both of these travel companies have since adopted the FCm Travel Solutions name and management. In 2009, we furthered our footprint in the USA through the acquisition of Liberty Travel.

We are large enough to provide a world class travel management program, the very best travel technology and negotiating clout available in the market place today. Yet we are structured so that we know our clients' business intimately and provide the flexibility to customize travel programs on an ongoing basis.
