In 2011 HappyTour became the Romanian representative of FCm Travel Solutions. With more than sixteen years of experience, Happy Tour is recognized, for the last ten years as the leading Romanian tourism agency. In December 2007, the private equity fund - GED Capital acquired Happy Tour. A few years later, Happy Tour begun consolidating its business on the local market by acquiring, in 2010, Paravion.ro and Travel House International and in 2011 Prestige Tours thus building Happy Tour Group. FCm Romania covers all business lines: corporate travel and MICE, on-line travel, De Luxe leisure & charters. The services may not differ from any of other travel companies thus being in a Easter European country, that means: Account Managers, Dedicated Agents, Full Reporting, Self-Booking Tool, CRM, Saving Cost Plans, Consultancy, SMS Service. FCm Romania has access to a powerful network of more than 60 HappyTour branches and Associated Agencies, covering 40 major cities in the country.
