SieMatic Vietnam is a high quality kitchen designer, manufacturer and installer that has been in operation for over 80 years. The company works closely with its European parent company Luxury Design Group Europe and has a manufacturing base in Hanoi Vietnam.   • To identify ongoing travel savings, FCM provides reporting every two months - highlighting spend levels, where any non-compliant bookings have been made and by who, and where new strategies for cost reduction can be implemented.
  • FCM set up a 30-day trading account for SieMatic, so the company receives a single monthly invoice with consolidated billing and expense data.
  • To provide 24/7 booking support to SieMatic travellers, which often have last minute schedule changes, FCM increased its operating hours to 10pm and increased staff numbers in its Emergency Assist team.
