FCm Travel Solutions has been crowned North America’s Leading Travel Management Company by the World Travel Awards for the third successive year.

John Beauvais, President – Corporate Brands Flight Centre USA and Latin America, collected the award on behalf of FCm North America from a World Travel Awards ceremony held at the Sandals Grande Antigua Resort and Spa in Antigua and Barbuda.

FCm USA President Billy McDonough said FCm was thrilled to retain the title for another year after a period of solid growth and success.

“The past 12 months has been a stellar year for FCm’s operations in North America including our businesses in the USA and Canada,” Billy said. “The combination of new client acquisition, organic client growth, operational expansion and a dedicated focus on the multinational client space has seen FCm’s market penetration increase significantly.

“Our corporate division, including FCm Travel Solutions, is now the major driver of turnover for our parent company Flight Centre USA Inc, contributing to 40% of our turnover in the USA.

“Across USA and Canada we have offices in 16 locations as well as 19 implants or travel managers that work within our clients’ businesses. During the past 12 months we have also established two new operations in Denver and Houston which are performing well.”

FCm Canada General Manager Daniel Griffiths congratulated his teams and said that during the next 12 months FCm Canada would be looking at further expansion through organic growth.

“We’re looking to expand our services into Montreal, which broadens our Canadian footprint to six cities. We’ll also be increasing our sales team numbers and initiating more aggressive sales growth plans for the mid-to-large market to ensure our pipeline of new client opportunities stays robust,” Daniel
