Regional manager of FCm's network in Asia, Shelby Koh said FCm was excited to be partnering with a local agency that had extensive experience in and service offering for the multinational corporate travel sector and had a proven record in all travel sectors.
"We are thrilled to have signed a new partnership with such a well established local travel agency here in Japan and we are looking forward to further developing the relationship between TOPTOUR Corporation and FCm," Shelby said.
"TOPTOUR Corporation has many sales, operational and staff synergies with FCm and will certainly strengthen our presence and customer service offering in Japan. We are confident the partnership will deliver a range of travel and cost benefits for our clients in Asia and across FCm's global network.
"Our existing multinational clients with operations in Japan will be able to tap into TOPTOUR's vast local network, experienced travel managers and its excellent depth of product and services."
Shelby said TOPTOUR Corporation was an excellent addition to FCm's global network, which spans more than 75 countries worldwide.
"This latest addition to the network is a great example of how FCm strategically partners with leading local travel agencies to ensure a unique level of regionalisation for our corporate customers," she said. "We've been working very hard over the past few months to ensure the transition to our new partner in Japan is as smooth and seamless as possible for our clients, which I'm pleased to say has progressed well."
