FCM Global Management Team
With a depth of experience in the travel industry, Marcus brings a wealth of business, operational and industry knowledge to his role. Marcus oversees the continued development of FCM's global sales, account management and brand strategy. As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
As Global Sales Leader, Alex is focused on strategy development for FCM's global sales team. He oversees the global coordination and management of FCM's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.
Scott has over 16 years in the travel industry and has worked across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before moving into the corporate sector. The Global Director of Account Management role will build relationships with multi-national clients at all levels to demonstrate FCM’s service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role is pivotal in understanding our customer’s needs and evolving the travel management offering to continue to add value to clients.
Katy has worked in the travel industry for the past 12 years, spending the past 8 years with FCTG in various corporate roles. Katy will be focussed on Global operational processes to ensure that FCM offers a consistent approach. She will work over our 90+ FCM countries to continue to drive operational excellence. Katy will work closely with our Regional Network leaders and the Global Technology Team and all our countries to ensure our operational standards and customer service exceed our customer's expectations.
Karen is responsible for managing FCM's marketing strategy, global marketing, communication and public relations activity. She also drives the ongoing development of FCM's websites, marketing collateral and ensures FCM has strong involvement in peak industry events. Karen comes from a strong marketing background, having held key marketing management roles within parent company FCTG and externally within the corporate market.
To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy. He is committed to ensuring best practice and consistency in all facets of our implementations and driving ongoing improvement in FCM's change management approach.
FCM Regional Network Leaders
Tomas brings more than 17 years of experience with corporate business travel to FCM. Before Tomas joined FCM he worked for partner agency to FCM for 8 years. Tomas is focused on growth and consistency within the network, collaboration in between the countries and makes sure partners follow the FCM Global Business Standards.
Ciarán brings experience, passion and dedication to his position as General Manager Middle East and Africa. Ciarán is responsible for FCM's growth and expansion into key markets across the region and is focused on delivering a highly-professional yet tailored approach to business travel management for the Middle East and Africa.
Maren brings years of experience as a corporate travel specialist to her role. Maren's focus is on managing relations with FCM's current Latin American and Caribbean partners and growing FCM's partnership program in the region. Maren also ensures the business maintains a consistent approach to sales, operations, branding, supplier negotiations, product implementation and event planning.
Caroline rejoined FCM in 2015 and has more than 20 years of travel industry experience. Appointed as the General Manager – Partner Network, Asia Pacific, Caroline’s role has expanded and also includes General Manager for FCM in Hong Kong. Caroline oversees key client and partner relations, as well as sales and business development activities and travel technology and operations.
FCM Global Operational Leaders
Steven joined Flight Centre Travel Group in 2002 and has held key leadership roles across the business in retail, business analysis, product development and marketing. From 2009 to 2011, Steve held the position of Flight Centre brand leader. He brings to the role extensive experience in the UK travel industry as well as a proven track record in leadership and senior management experience.
Charlene's career in travel began nearly 20 years ago with Boston-based Garber Travel. She has since served as FCM’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Vice President of Sales, and Business Development Manager. In her current role as President of all seven Flight Centre USA Corporate Brands, Charlene oversees a team of 500. She has achieved double-digit, often record-setting growth, year over year.
Based in Hong Kong, David is responsible for the development and growth strategy of all FCTG brands in the Greater China market, including FCM Travel Solutions. David moved to Hong Kong in 2006 taking up the position of Commercial Director and CFO for Greater China. With more than 14 years in the travel industry and over 12 years experience in the region, David is accountable for all aspects of the Greater China business.
